Mill Scale is typically granular or flaky in texture, with particle sizes ranging from fine dust to larger flakes. Due to its high iron content, usually 70-75% Fe, it is widely utilized in steelmaking, cement manufacturing, ferroalloy production, and recycling processes as an iron-rich feedstock.
