SuperKlean's new FGHT x hose barb swivel adapters were specifically designed to complement our existing hose lines by providing our customers with a method of assembling hoses in order to attach them to existing male GHT outlets throughout plants. As with all SuperKlean adapters, they are designed with a 2" long hose barb for a safer and more secure installation. The 360° swivel adapters prevent hose kinking.

PATTA self-drilling Chipboard screws have a coarse thread and fine shank to provide maximum grip and minimum strip out into chipboard, MDF board and soft timbers. The head has ribs molded around the countersunk head which help remove the chipboard particles when countersinking.
How to Use
1. Measure the total thickness of the materials to be fastened.
2. Choose a screw long enough to provide approx. 20mm of thread embedment into the chipboard or wood being fastened to.
3. Fit a #2 Phillips drive bit to a power screwdriver set to low speed, approx. 1000rpm.

The initial stages in Leaf spring manufacture are:
* Cutting of Spring steel Flats into required sizes
* Punching of the center hole
* End-cropping
* Tapering of leaves
* Eye-rolling
After these stages the leaves are ready for heat-treatment. This includes annealing, straightening and tempering. The leaves are shot-peened, which operation creates a surface tension, an improves fatigue strength. Before fitting the bushes, the eye of the main leaf will be bored to close tolerance. The leaves are then ready for assembly.
