At the Salt Mines the Rock Salt is hand picked and sorted for the best possible rock salt, then a sample from each batch is sent to the laboratory to get tested for its purity. After arriving at the factory we categorize the rocks according to the treatment it needs (washing, scraping with stainless steel brushes or buffing).
