It steams rice by conducting a continuous stream of extremely high heat in the black stainless steel body and has a washable inner lid. It has settings for white rice, "takikomi" (mixed) rice, sushi rice, porridge, brown rice as well as a speed-cooking setting. Also features a convenient clock and timer with 2 memory settings.
