4. Upon confirmation of SGS Report by Buyer's Tank Farm Company, Seller request to leases and pays the buyer's tank for 2 days and Buyer pays his Tank Farm Company for 3 days after Tank Farm Company confirms the payment from Seller. A total (5) days operational TSR will be issued on seller/buyers name for a minimum of XXXX to XXXX GALS/BBLS/MT.
5. Seller issues following POP documents to buyer:
-Fresh Update SGS Report bearing the buyers company name.
-Product Certificate of Origin, updated on behalf of current buyer.
-Export and approval License for the product on sale.
-Unconditional Dip test authorization (UDTA) on behalf of buyers Inspection Company
-Authorization to sell and Collect, ATSC.
-Product Allocation Certificate prepared on behalf of the buyer.
6. Buyer and his testing teams conduct a Dip test on the product and injection commence from sellerâ??s tank to buyer's tank.
7. Upon completion of injection, seller issues full Injection report to buyer and buyer makes reconfirms product quantity in their tanks if need be and issue 100% payment via MT103 for the total value of product injected into the tanks.
8. Seller pays all intermediaries involved in the transaction and subsequently monthly shipments continue as per terms and conditions of the sales and purchase agreement contract between buyer and seller.
9. The subsequent delivery shall commence according to the terms and conditions of the contract.

Procedure 1: Official Spot Dip & Pay Procedure for Freight on Board (FOB)
1. The buyer issues ICPO with seller working procedure on it as transaction procedure with
banking details and Buyer passport scan copy.
2. Seller issues the Commercial Invoice (CI) of the product in tanks at port, Buyer signs and
returns Commercial Invoice to Seller.
3. Seller issues to Buyer the below document for verification of the product (PPOP):
Tank Storage Receipt (TSR)
Statement of Product Availability
Authorization to Verify (ATV)
Dip Test Authorization (DTA) Letter
4. Upon Successful Verification of the PPOP, Buyer contacts seller's Tank Storage Company and
requests for payment invoice. The buyer extends the seller's Tank and makes arrangement for
Dip Test Schedule.
5. Upon successful Dip Test in Seller's Tanks, Buyer makes payment for the total cost of product
based on the SGS Report via MT103 and Seller transfer title ownership to buyer and send all
exportation documents to buyer, Buyer lift product into Vessel or completely take over seller's
tanks for further product storage.
6. Buyer NCNDA/IMFPA will be signed by all intermediaries involved in the transaction and
forward to seller for endorsement, Seller provides the below documents. Endorsed
NCNDA/IMFPA Authorization to Sell and Collect (ATSC)
7. Buyer gets back to Seller with NCNDA/IMFPA signed
Procedure 2: Tank-to-Tank (TTT) Procedures Dip & Pay
1. Buyer accepts seller working procedure, and issues ICPO, TSA and company, s CIS, (including
passport and banking details) addressed to the seller and buyer's proof of funds (POF).
2. Seller provides Commercial Invoice for buyer to sign along with Notice of readiness for buyer's
tank farm to sign.
3. Buyer signs and returns the Commercial Invoice (Cl) to seller along with the signed Notice of
Readiness from buyer's tank farm.
4. Seller releases Full POP documentation:
Fresh SGS report less than 48 hours,
ATSC Authorization to sell and collect,
ATV authorization to verify,
Tank Fact Sheet and
An Unconditional DTA for buyers optional Dip test if needed.
5. Buyer verifies the full Proof of Product (POP) documents
6. Buyer pays after completion of injection for the total value of product injected into the tanks through
the means of SWIFT MT103 / TT or USDT transfer, the title ownership will be immediately
transferred to the buyer.
7. Seller pays commission to all the intermediaries involved in the transaction immediately after
confirmation of the Buyers' payment in accordance with the with the signed and sealed NCNDA/
IMFPA.

1. Buyer shall unconditionally accept the Seller's Working Procedure and sign the
NCNDA/IMFPA. The draft ICP shall be given to the Buyer to be issued to the Seller containing the quantity confirmed by the Seller and the Seller's Transaction Procedure with:
(a) Company Registration Certification;
(b) Company Banking Details;
(c) Buyer Identificiation (i.e. Scanned Passport Copy); and
(d) POF (Bank Statement in last 7 days only).
Note: The ICPO and POF must be the same company, the Seller shall not accept any JV or LOA.
2. The Seller shall issue the Commercial Invoice (CI) to the Buyer and the Buyer shall sign and endorse the Commercial Invoice and return it to the Seller.
3. Upon receipt of the endorsed Cl by the Seller, the Seller shall email the Buyer the listed documents as stated below:
(a) Product Passport (Dip Test Analytical Report);
(b) Statement of Product Availability;
(c) Injection Report;
(d) Seller's TSR; and
(e) Invoice for Title Take Over deposit fee of 1% via MT-103/TT or Cryptocurrency.
4. Upon receipt of the 1% title take over payment, the Seller shall provide the Buyer with the Unconditional Dip Test Authorization (UDTA) for the Buyer's inspection team to perform on the tank along with the Seller's representatives.
5. The Buyer shall, within 24 hours after a successful dip test in the Seller's tank, pay for the Total Product Cost less the depost fee of 1% via MT-103/TT or cryptocurrency, afterwhich, the Seller shall transfer the Title Ownership to the Buyer's Company with all exportation documents required by the Buyer for the transportation to be completed.
6. Upon the completion of the transaction, the Seller shall pay all intermediaries involved in the transaction a commission by MT-103/TT or cryptocurrency (as signed in the NCNDA/IMFPA).
