Enzymatic extraction process
In order to create the unique properties of the protein, with its 620 bioactive peptides and 21 amino acids, we have developed our own enzymatic extraction process that makes the 'meat' soluble, allowing complete separation of the raw materials. This is done at low temperatures, avoiding oxidation and completely separating the fat from the protein.
Pure and unique peptides
Our protein hydrolysate is very soluble in water due to the low molecular weight of the peptides. As a result, our protein has the fastest uptake of nitrogen than any other protein, namely more than 98% is digestible. With its very low fat and ash content this is a protein powder like no other in the market.
