THERMODRAIN FRP/GRP/Composite manhole covers,Gratings and water gully covers are manufactured in load bearing ranging from 2.5 tons to 40 tons(D400). They are tested as per BS EN 124.They are an ideal replacement to cast iron and ductile iron manhole covers.
Our gratings are available in different sizes. The water flow is very smooth due to more tha 50% opening available. It is suitable for vehicular movement in residential,commercial and hotel projects.
We offer gully covers which are made of FRP high quality materials. Other than the load bearing there are many advantages of these covers as water can easily flow through it (more than 38% opening) and it does not allow water logging.
They have been thoroughly load tested as per BS EN 124 1994 & AASHTO M306 standards for drainage and utility services. They meet all the requirements of the code. The fire resistance is tested in accordance with ASTM E-84 tunnel test method.
Thermodrain FRP/GRP covers serve a dual purpose. They are not only superior to conventional Cast Iron and Ductile Iron covers but are light weight. They are tested as per BS EN 124 1994. Our covers are even immune to algae and rusting contaminants. They meet all the requirements of the code. They are available with hinged and locking arrangement.
