STANDARD CIF TRANSACTION PROCEDURE
1. Buyer issue ICPO addressed to the Refinery official Mandate.
2. Seller issues the Contract for amendment and countersigning as per mutual Agreement and buyer provide Bank comfort letter or Byers' Bank issue Swft MT199 to Seller's Bank/Fiduciary and (CIS) customer information sheet [after receipt of the signed SPA by Seller[
3. Refinery/Seller registers and legalizes the endorsed contract with the necessary legal authority, and pay for all the required Government associated fees for their services.
4.The seller forward to buyer's secured email address the following Partial POP:
A. Copy of Seller Company Registration document.
B. Copy of statement of availability of the product.
C. Copy of the refinery commitment to produce the product.
D. Certificate of Origin
E. Certificate of Product Analysis (Passport)
5. Buyer's bank in accordance with seller's verbiage issues SBLC within 7 working days for first shipment's value to seller's financial bank to enable seller commence loading of product with the shipping company and release full set of pop document after loading via bank to bank swift within 7 working days.
6. If buyer fails to issue SBLC within 7 working days, Alternatively, buyer pays via TT/MT103 /USDT deposits 5% of the total value of first shipment as guarantee Performance within 72 hours which will be deducted from the product face value when final payment is made.
7. Seller issues NCNDA/ IMFPA and forward to buyer/mandates.
8.The seller swift to buyer's bank the following Full POP documents.
A. Copy of license to export, issued by the department of the ministry Energy.
B. Copy of approval to export, issued by the Department of the ministry of justice.
C. Copy of statement of availability of the product.
D. Copy of the refinery commitment to produce the product.
E. Copy to contract to transport the product to the port.

9.Seller'bank issues 2% PB to buyer bank.
10.Upon verification of the above documents, Delivery commences as per contract
11. After Successful SGS or its similar, at the discharged port. Seller pays all mandates and intermediaries their commission as stated in the Commission structure of the NCNDA/IMMFOA.
