There is no tax from Mongolia. Horse meat and beef are quantified by the government, so early purchases are required for large quantities. You can get as much as you want from sheep and goat meat without any restrictions.
The following additional costs will be incurred in Mongolia.
1. Quota money 1-2 RMB for 1 kg of meat
2. Loading fee is 110 USD per 25 tons of meat
3. 700-1500 dollars for transporting 25 tons of meat to the border
All shipments through Russia except for export to China. Shipping will take place through the Russian port of Vladivostok in the Far East.
