TK3051 series pressure transmitter features high-accuracy capacitive sensing technology with a stable 4-20mA output. Suitable for pressure and liquid level measurement of liquids, gases, and steam, with HART communication for easy field calibration.
Industrial smart pressure transmitter - TK3051 series. High temperature resistance, overload protection, and low long-term drift help you achieve remote monitoring and automation, reducing manual inspection costs.
The TK3051 series pressure transmitter uses advanced capacitive or monocrystalline silicon differential pressure sensing technology, achieving accuracy up to ±0.075% or higher. The sensor has no mechanical moving parts, offering fast response and excellent long-term stability. A built-in microprocessor performs real-time linearity and temperature compensation to ensure accurate readings under varying ambient temperatures. The output signal is a standard two-wire 4-20mA with optional HART digital communication protocol. You can remotely read pressure values, adjust ranges, or diagnose faults using a communicator or PC software. This technology makes it the preferred process instrument for oil, chemical, and power industries.
The wetted parts (diaphragm, flange, connection) of the TK3051 series transmitter can be made of 316L stainless steel, Hastelloy C, tantalum, or Monel alloy to resist corrosion from acids, alkalis, salts, and sulfur-containing gases. The housing is die-cast aluminum or stainless steel with IP67 protection, allowing brief submersion in water. Electrical connections are 1/2 NPT or M20Ã?1.5 with sealing rings to prevent moisture and dust from entering the circuit board. Even in outdoor rain, high heat, humidity, or salt spray marine environments, it runs reliably for years. The product also features RFI resistance and surge protection, making it suitable for industrial sites with many variable-frequency drives.
The TK3051 series offers an extremely wide selection of ranges, from low pressure (0-0.5 kPa) to high pressure (0-60 MPa), and supports negative pressure (vacuum) measurement. Users can adjust the turndown ratio (up to 100:1) on site via buttons or HART protocol, without returning the unit to a calibration lab. In addition to the standard 4-20mA output, options include 1-5V, 0-10V, or RS485 Modbus communication. The differential pressure model enables multi-variable measurement of flow, liquid level, and density. All units come with an LCD or OLED backlit display, showing pressure percentage, current value, and engineering units simultaneously. Flexible selection means one transmitter can replace many conventional instruments.
