1000 C Calcium silicate thermal insulation boards are composed mainly of SiO2, CaO and a little of fiber . It is made by pressing and moulding after chemical reaction under high temperature. 

The boards are mainly used in industrial furnaces of steel, electrolytic aluminium, cement, glass, ceramic and so on for refractory and thermal insulation. The products are also used in petrochemistry, building, fireplace, ventilation duct, etc. for fireproof and thermal insulation.

It can be used under 1000 C high temperature without deformation, fracture and powdering. It is 100% non-asbestos.

Our company is the largest manufactory of 1000 C calcium silicate thermal insulation boards in China, yearly production up to 70, 000 cubic meters. Since 1989 we have begun to produce this kind of boards, which have acquired certificate of ISO 9001 in 2007.
