b) Seller issues the Draft Contract open for amendments.
c) Buyer returns the signed draft contract with Proof of Funds (Rwa + Bcl).
d) Seller shall verify and if accepted shall sign final contract and returns to buyer, both parties lodge Signed contract with their respective banks. The exchange of contract with buyer shall be by electronic transmission / fax or by courier services.
e) Seller sends Invoice as per Contract, buyer sign return back.
f) Within 5 (five) calendar days upon contract signature, buyer's bank sends Irrevocable, Confirmed, Transferable, Divisible, Assignable and Operative LC(MT700)/(MT760) of ONE MONTH SHIPMENT VALUE of the contract - 100% PAYABLE AT SIGHT UPON BILL OF LADING MT103.
g) WITHIN 3 (three) calendar days OF CONFIRMATION OF LC (MT700)/(MT760) by seller's bank, Seller ISSUE 2% PB (PERFORMANCE BOND) TO BUYER BANK.
h) Within 7 days after DLC/SBLC activation, Shipment commence according to contract. Shipment will reach destination within 35-40 days max. Within 72 hrs after shipment delivery and receipt of payment, Seller pays both sides Mandates in the transaction according NCNDA IMFPA and subsequently, monthly shipment continues as per terms and conditions of the sales and purchase agreement contract between buyer and seller.

Barhi: Physical Attributes
Barhi dates are usally consumed fresh; they are packed in strands or branches in 5 KG cartoon boxes. They are seasonal fruits that are harvested during August and September. They can stay fresh few weeks if stored at cool Temp.
The Barhi Date is a round shaped fruit, with golden yellowish color, a length of 2.5 - 3.5 centimeters, and a diameter of 2 to 2.5 cenimeters.
