We are partnering with an exclusive representative agent of an Indonesian oil & gas company (end seller) with a safe CIF ASWP procedure, either for Russia or non-Russia origin.

The buyer can do a Zoom meeting/TTM with the end seller at the seller's office in Indonesia before deciding to issue ICPO, subject to issuing an LOI and confirming the Full Corporate Offer from the seller.

- Petroleum Naphtha

A-- our sales shall follow strictly as per attached gtc (export) green coke of pertamina as supplier.
B-- quality shall strictly follow as per attachment enclosed specification.
C-- there shall be no trace elements test on non-ferro alloys. If buyer requires such tests these can be arranged at buyer`s sole own expense.

D?in the even buyer opts for a fob purchase this can be done so subject that surveyor`s costs shall be split between buyer and seller on a 50~50 basis.

Price:
Price shall be pace high end quotation of low sulphur green coke (below 2% sulphur) us west coast on pace consultants publication in the month prior to the month of lifting (bill of lading date falls) plus a premium of usdlr 71/mt equals to fob dumai port as per imco terms.

Shipment:
September /october 2016 depending on l/c receivable.

Payment:
Shall be by an acceptable to seller, irrevocable, confirmed deferred payment l/c 30 days after b/l date (b/l date is date one)

Letter of credit in favour of seller.
