Bioclean compost contains naturally derived enzymes and saprophytic bacteria originally derived from soil which utilize only non-living organic matter as a food source. It is a unique combination of mesophilic and thermophilic bacteria, molds and yeasts, consisting different types ofmicrobial cultures, all of which occur naturally in soil, but in very small numbers.
Common problems in composting:
Incomplete biodegradation.
Longer biodegradation period.
Odour issues, due to partial degradation.
Low quality end product.
Insufficient knowledge on bacteria.
Advantages:
Odourless process.
Really fast composting period.
Effective under various environment conditions.
High qality final compost.
Possible saleableproduct.
Improved land application.
Weed seed destruction.
Pathogen destruction.
Lower risk of pollution problems.
Excellent soil conditioner.
Possible revenue from tipping fees.
Package: moisture free air tight package.
Shelf life 2 years from the date of packing
Dosage: 1 kg of bioclean compost can be used for 1 ton of solid waste
Vermicomposting is a mesophilic process utilizing micro-organisms & certain species of earthworms which are used to enhance the process of organic waste conversion & produce a better end-product.
The worms feed on organic waste materials & pass it through their digestive system. The secretions in the worms digestive tract help break down organic matter giving out a granular form of casting known as vermicompost. These castings contain more nutrients that are immediately available to plants
Composted chicken manure provides a slow-release source of macro- and micronutrients and acts as a soil amendment. Compared to other manures, chicken manure and the associated litter are higher in nitrogen, potassium, phosphorus and calcium, and are also rich in organic matter. Addition of organic matter to soils increases a soils water-holding capacity, improves aeration and drainage, reduces erosion, reduces fertilizer leaching and improves a soils structure.
Additionally, organic matter provides a food source for soil microbes, which increases soil biological diversity, accelerating the breakdown of organic nutrients into forms more readily available to plants. All of these factors can improve plant health.
The use of composted manure and litter can also reduce the need to apply additional fertilizers.
