a. Not allowed Mildew, collapse, honeycomb check, tree core, cork, encased knot, crack.
b. Cavity: diameter less than 1.5mm is acceptable, diameter greater than 1.5mm is not
acceptable.
c. Honeycomb: individual cells with a diameter of less than 3.2 is acceptable
d. Stains: a maximun of 10 percent of the strips have slight stains.
e. Bottleneck check: bottleneck cracks of less than 30mm above the block are acceptable.

We supply hdf moulded door skins, door panels, many designs to choose, with natural wood veneer, melamine finish, painted, with grains. Thickness 3.0 to 4.5mm, width of panel upto 1020.
In natural wood veneer : sapele, mahogany, teak, golden teak, walnut. Wenge, black walnut, rosewood, oak, chinese oak, red white oak. Cherry, makore. Many of these veneers can be supplied with engineered veneered surface
We supply Film Faced Plywood ( Shuttering Plywood) with Original Dynea film red brown, brown film (40/128 grade), 30kg, densified Film Faced (15mm to 12mm),11 ply, 12mm thickness (+/- .5mm), 10-15times repetition, 72Hours WBP Glue (Phenol Formaldehyde). Hot press-40minute heating and cooling cycle.

We supply 25mm, 26mm Plain Particle Boards for filling inside the doors. 2440x1220x26mm plain particle board shall weigh about 40kgs. We do particle board starting 9mm to 40mm and above for various purposes like lamination grade fully sanded on both faces, for routing purpose, furniture backing etc.
