Introduction to Soluble Fiber Cloth

Soluble fiber cloth uses low biopersistence ceramic fiber as the main raw material and is manufactured through spinning and weaving processes. It can be reinforced with fiberglass or heat-resistant stainless steel wire according to working temperature requirements: fiberglass-reinforced products have a continuous use temperature of 650�°C; stainless steel wire-reinforced products have a continuous use temperature of 1000�°C, with short-term tolerance up to 1200�°C. The product has thermal stability and can withstand splash contact erosion from molten aluminum and zinc.

Application Scope of Soluble Fiber Cloth

- Dry thermal insulation for kilns, high-temperature pipelines, and industrial vessels;
- Low-pressure dry static sealing and thermal insulation for furnace doors, valves, and flanges;
- Thermal insulation curtains for industrial high-temperature furnace doors and gap-filling insulation for equipment;
- High-temperature thermal insulation protection for mechanical equipment, engines, and precision instruments;

Ceramic Fiber Cloth

Ceramic fiber cloth, also known as aluminosilicate fiber cloth, uses ceramic fiber as the main raw material and is manufactured through spinning and weaving processes. According to use temperature and working conditions, fiberglass or heat-resistant stainless steel wire can be added as reinforcement material. Fiberglass-reinforced models have a continuous use temperature of 650�°C; stainless steel wire-reinforced models have a continuous use temperature of 1000�°C. The product has a short-term tolerance temperature up to 1260�°C. The product can resist splash erosion from molten metals such as aluminum and zinc. The product can undergo sintering treatment to remove internal organic components.



Application Scope

Suitable for thermal insulation of kilns, high-temperature pipelines, and vessels; sealing of furnace doors, valves, and flanges; production of fire doors and fire roller shutters; production of high-temperature furnace door curtains; thermal insulation protection for engines and instruments; fire-resistant cable wrapping and high-temperature fire protection; equipment thermal insulation covering; flue lining protection.

Working Condition Suitability and Restrictions

Different reinforcement materials of this product correspond to different use temperatures. 1260�°C is only the short-term tolerance temperature; long-term over-temperature operation is prohibited. The product can only withstand short-term splashing of molten aluminum and zinc, and cannot withstand continuous erosion or immersion by molten metal.

The product is suitable for dry static thermal insulation, sealing, and protection conditions. It is not suitable for conditions involving strong acid or alkali corrosion, long-term liquid immersion, high-speed medium erosion, high-frequency severe friction, or continuous open flame burning. The product is a Class A non-combustible base material, used only for passive fire insulation protection, and does not have active fire extinguishing function.

Usage Precautions

1. Cutting, processing, and installation of ceramic fiber material generate fiber dust. Maintain ventilation during operation, wear dust-proof protective equipment, and dispose of waste in accordance with local environmental regulations.
2. The product contains a small amount of organic fiber. Initial high-temperature use may produce carbonization and smoking, which is a normal process characteristic and does not affect product performance.
3. Use temperature should be matched according to reinforcement material. Over-temperature and over-working-condition use are strictly prohibited.
4. During use, regularly inspect product condition. In case of powdering, damage, shrinkage, or failure, replace promptly.
5. All technical data are for reference only. Actual performance depends on usage conditions. Users should conduct their own suitability testing and comply with relevant safety regulations and standards.

Chopped Strand Mat
Fiberglass Chopped Strand Mats are non-woven fabrics consisting of randomly distributed chopped strands held together with a powder or emulsion binder.
Chopped Strand Mat is compatible with unsaturated polyester, vinyl ester, epoxy and phenolic resins. The products are most widely used in hand lay-up process and can also be used in filament winding, Compression molding and continuous laminating processes. Surfacing Tissue

Surfacing Tissue mainly used in the surface layers of FRP products. It features even Fiber distribution, soft feel, level and smooth fiber surface, less glue content, quick resin soak and good pattern fitness. It can improve the product surface property on corrosion resistance, compressive strength, seepage resistance, and longer service life. It is also suitable for spraying; pattern pressing and other FRP pattern technology.

Stroge

Should be stored in dry, cool, clean and rain-proof area. Recommended temperature range of storage is between 10~30 and relative humidity between 50%~75%.
