QUANTITY & LOGISTICS
Monthly Quantity: 30,000 MT to 50,000 MT.
Contract Duration: 12 Months (Renewable).
Incoterms: FOB (Port of Santa Marta / Barranquilla, Colombia).
PAYMENT TERMS
Payment Instrument: Irrevocable, Transferable/Non-Transferable, Revolving SBLC or DLC, payable at sight against shipping documents.
TECHNICAL VERIFICATION PROTOCOL (SGS & SITE VISIT) AFTER ICPO
To ensure maximum transparency, the Seller provides the following quality guarantees:
Independent SGS Analysis: The Buyer has the right to directly appoint SGS Colombia to perform independent sampling and technical analysis at the mine and storage yards prior to the signing of the SPA. The Seller will provide all necessary logistics and access for the SGS technician.
Mine Site Visit: On-site technical visits to the mining fronts and storage yards are authorized once the Buyer's profile and solvency are validated, allowing direct verification of production capacity.
