Pineapple in all forms such as pulp, puree, slices, chunks/ tidbits is manufactured and exported from the pineapple fruit grown especially in the North-eastern region of India. Fully ripened pineapples are inspected,washed, blanched and then the pineapple pulp is extracted. The processed pineapple pulp is packed into different aseptic packing of various sizes and stored at a specified temperature. We also manufacture and export sulphited pineapple pulp on an order basis. Pineapple is a good source of manganese, as well as significant amounts of Vitamin C and Vitamin B1. Pineapple pulp can be converted into frozen juices, drinks, fruit cheese, fruit cream, puddings, baby food items, yogurt, and other dessert mixes.
