CV Semesta Agro Tani / SAT was founded in 2017 as a trader and consumer of coconut products. Driven by the growing market place and increasing demand for coconut derivatives worldwide, in early 2018, we expanded our business to include coconut manufacturing. Today we are a leading manufacturer or distributor of coconut derivatives based in Indonesia, primarily Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO), which we distribute domestically and internationally.
With the ever-increasing local and foreign demand for coconut derivatives, SAT strives to
provide the highest level of quality in our coconut products with competitive pricing as well
as ongoing technological development for sustainable and efficient manufacturing practices.
The protection of local farmers is also a crucial part of our success. We have perfected VCO production through our rigorous Research and Development program,
from its early stage in harvesting, through to the fruit extraction and final stages of processing.
We use a fast production speed through all stages of the process to perfect and maintain the high quality of our VCO. The fruit must be extracted quickly to preserve the highest level of
freshness and quality of the extracts. Also, our processing facilities are located at the plantation
site, allowing us to speed the production process even further.
Our extensive knowledge and experience of different VCO extraction methods; traditional fermentation (producing a lower quality grade) and small scale conventional centrifugal processing (producing a higher quality grade), has driven our current research & technological
development program. In the course of our early trials into new VCO extraction methods,
we discovered a revolutionary oil extraction method called purification centrifugal extraction,
guaranteeing a superior grade of VCO. By using this new method, we are able to deliver one of
the highest quality and sustainable VCO products in the marketplace with competitive pricing.
