We are a snail farmer Helix Aspersa Muller from Lithuania. At the end of the 2021 season, we will have about 2 tons of Helix Aspersa Maxima snails. If you are interested in cooperation - we will send you all necessary information upon request.
All Scallops are sold with the Roe intact which are a beautiful orange colour. Our Scallops have a sweet, delicate flavour and are best pan-fried, steamed or grilled.
Generally orders placed before 9am on Tuesdays will be deliverd fresh on the Thursday or Friday. On occasions such as bank holidays, bad weather or limted availabily, the fish may be supplied frozen. The fish are always freshly frozen to guarantee the same flavour.
