Pellet Press is a machine that mixes powdered raw materials or mixed products with steam, mechanically compresses them with a die and rollers, and turns them into pellets of various diameters (1,8 - 16 mm Dia). This process makes the feed more dense and easy to transport, makes it easier for the animals to digest, and reduces the dust in the feed. It preserves nutrients, provides a homogeneous distribution, and reduces feed waste, thus providing a balanced nutritional source to animals. In pelleted feed, quality increases and harmful microorganisms are destroyed. In industrial feed production, these machines make the production of large quantities of feed efficient and standardized.
