Before taking your dog on a long walk, consider if the dog is healthy enough, has the desire, and is trained enough to walk that distance at your side. Directions for use:
Operate: Hold the retractable leash by the hand and not by the tape. The tape leash will freely move in and out.
Stop: Press the brake button down with your thumb. The brake will stay locked as long as the button is pressed in.
Lock: Press the brake button with your thumb and push forward on the lock button. The lenght will remain at a fixed lenght. It is recommended to use the leash lock only when you want the dog to heel.
Release: With your thumb, slide the lock button back to release the lock. Use the break button to control the length of the leash
