Transaction Procedure Summary:

Buyer submits ICPO and CPA (Charter Party Agreement).

Seller issues Commercial Invoice (CI).

Buyer signs and returns the CI.

Seller provides fresh SGS or equivalent Q&Q for sealed tanks.

Buyer assigns vessel to Libya with Q88 and provides ATI (Authorization To Inject).

Seller injects product and issues full POP documentation, including:

Intertek Q&Q

Injection Report

Certificate of Origin

Export License

Allocation Transfer Certificate

Bill of Lading

Cargo Manifest

Authority to Sell and Collect

Ullage Report

Upon successful injection, Buyer pays 100% via MT103.

Seller settles commissions via NCNDA/IMFPA.

Monthly shipment terms begin as per SPA.

The seller holds allocation via NOC (Libyan Government) and is ready to share CIS upon serious engagement.
