Custom pump wear rings, casing rings, impeller rings and pump seal rings manufactured according to customer drawings or samples for industrial pump repair, OEM replacement and aftermarket spare parts.
Pump wear rings are used to help maintain proper clearance between rotating and stationary pump components, reduce wear and support stable pump performance. These components can be customized in size, material, tolerance, groove structure, hole position, surface finish and machining process according to the pump design and working conditions.
Available materials include stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, copper alloy and other materials. Available processes include CNC turning, internal and external diameter machining, groove machining, drilling, threading and precision finishing.
