CFR/CIF DELIVERY TERM:

MT760/MT700/MT103 At Destination.

YARD VISIT: The buyer may visit the loading yard.

SBLC & DLC PAYMENT TERM:

1) Buyer issues official ICPO with company registration license.
2) Seller issues FCO to buyer for signing and returns with letter of acceptance letter stating to adhere to seller's terms and procedure.
3) Seller issues draft contract (SPA) open to amendment and review, buyer endorses and return to seller in word format for final contract.
4) Seller reviews and counter signs and notarize contract and send the final copy to buyer with letter of guarantee to supply, all expenses to seller.
5) Buyer acknowledges receipt with acceptance letter & RWA swift MT199 within
5 working days
6) Seller release to buyer the below listed soft performance guarantee POP documents:
- Commitment letter to supply product. - Letter of Availability of Product.
- Product Passport.
- Company Registration License.
7) Buyer's bank (a Top-50 bank in the world) issues bank instrument via BG MT760 or
DLC MT700 for the value of first month shipment to Seller's nominated bank coordinates, based on the acceptable verbiage to the Seller's bank within 10 (5+5) banking days. Loading commences. Failure to swift bank instrument within 10 working days, buyer pays a 10% deductible cost of shipment to shipping company as a provisional guarantee performance.
8) Within 5 working days from receipt of bank instrument, receiver bank issues 2% performance bond PB. However, note that seller will not issue a 2% PB on 10%
provisional guarantee performance payment to the shipping company.
9) Shipment commences at loading port and within 10 days issues full POP/shipping documents/legalized SPA via bank to bank and seller send scanned copies to buyer via email.10) Buyer conducts SGS/CIQ inspection at the destination port to ascertain quantity/quality of Product and within 72 hours make full payment via MT103/TT and seller releases
Title of Product and pays commission.

Seller firsly need ICPO with Buyer bank detail and
Company Registration certificate and Buyer's passport copy

Seller can then issue the FCO And this is not negotiable.

MOQ: 2,000 MT

Payment Terms: 100% DLC Non-Transferable payable at destination port after SGS inspection.

Incase quantity is less than 2,000 MT for any trail quantity (MOQ-200MT), the payment terms will be SBLC MT-760 Transferable Divisible and irrevocable payable at destination port after SGS inspection

NOTE: The banking instrument (sblc, dlc) will be issued in favour of the seller's financier. The financier information will be stated on the contract.

- The buyer must send ICPO including Banking details of buyer from which buyer will issue the SBLC or DLC, Buyerâ??s company registration certificate and Buyer's passport copy.

PROCEDURE: @@@
-The buyer send ICPO which includes banking details from which DLC/SBLC to be issued, Company Registration certificate and Buyer's passport copy.

-The seller send FCO.

-The buyer sign FCO and return to seller.

-The seller send SPA with a detailed CIS which includes seller Export License and seller's passport copy.

-The buyer sign SPA with a detailed CIS.

-The buyer will issue RWA letter from bank to bank in favour of the seller or in favour of the seller's financial company.

- The seller will send Past performance which consist of Sanitised/Redacted BL, SGS inspection report and customized POP video with date and code given by buyer and buyer's company name.

- The buyer's bank will issue the original payment guarantee which is DLC Non-Transferable MT-700 payable at destination port after SGS inspection

- Seller will issue 2% PB against the DLC and after receiving the 2% PB the DLC will be activated.

- Seller will start the production based on the buyer's product specifications, after the seller recieved the buyer's original payment guarantee.

-The seller will do all necessary documentation on the product; and

- Buyer can visit and inspect the materials and even can witness the SGS inspection

- Seller will then convey the product to the buyer's destination port.

- Upon the arrival of the product at the buyer's destination port, the buyer will conduct a thorough SGS on the product.

- After buyer have confirmed the originality of the product, buyer will check all product documents and the buyer will transfer the seller's 100% payment through mt103.

- After the seller confirm the payment, the seller will release all documents to the buyer.

If the buyer can strictly follow all the procedures above, then we can confidently supply the product.

And please, include the same procedure in ICPO to ensure smooth� transactions!
