1. Price: 30% of LME price, including 6% commission.

2. Quantity: 30,000 tons of spot copper in Tanzania (ABO video)

3. Transaction Process:

1. Buyer arranges ICPO, seller arranges contract.

2. Seller's agent accompanies buyer's agent to seller's Tanzanian port.

3. Buyer confirms product quality and quantity in seller's warehouse (PPOP).

4. Buyer inspects goods; seller arranges for the 30,000 tons of spot copper to be delivered to COSCO Group's bonded warehouse in China.

5. Both parties' banks and lawyers transfer ownership and title to buyer's name. Buyer pays payment after confirming product safety.

6. Seller assists in arranging sea freight, but buyer needs to pay additional fees to resolve CIF sea freight issues.
