Procedures:

After the contract has been signed, the buyer will release P.O and effective DLC (non-transferable, transferable) to arrange shipping & relevant documents
Seller will open 2% PB and POP to the buyer within 7 days
Buyer can be present at the time of loading for pre-shipment inspection (at their own cost)
Delivery of commodity will be done as per agreement
100% payment will be released after SGS analysis port
