Kiln cylinder is a heated revolving part which is welding by high quality carbon steel plate. Cylinder is supported on the supporting device by tyres. And there is machanical or hydraulic pressure catch-wheel on one or several gears in order to control the turning of cylinder. By the gear rings in the middle of cylinder, gears drive the Cylinder to rotating with the speed under technical design requirement. Because of the need of installation or maintenance, the big size rotary kiln has auxiliary gears, which make cylinder rotates at low speed. In order to prevent cold air comes into cylinder and the leaking of gas and dust, the reliable kiln tail and head sealing equipment are installed on the feeding and discharging end.
