High efficiency oil absorption filter bag can provide high particle filtration precision and high pollution capacity. It is made of fine denier polypropylene fiber with good chemical stability. Micron fine denier fiber has high particle capture ability, which is suitable for most industrial fields, and the filtration efficiency can reach 99.9%.



The unique structure of the high efficiency oil absorption filter bag is that it is composed of multi-layer filter layers with gradient distribution. The innermost filter layer is made of thick filter material, which can provide pre filtration and high capacity of contaminant capacity. The middle and outer filter layers have higher density and fiber fineness to provide better filtration accuracy. The high efficiency filter bag can be composed of 12 layers of filter materials with different density and precision, so as to achieve stable and efficient filtration efficiency and pollution capacity, and greatly improve the service life of the filter bag (according to the total flow that can be filtered by a single filter bag). In addition, the high efficiency filter bag also has the ability to absorb a large amount of hydrocarbon (oil) due to its internal structure.

The application of high efficiency oil absorption filter bag in the electrophoretic coating of automobile manufacturing process; while improving the filtering quality, it can quickly and effectively remove the silicone oil component in the tank liquid, avoid the formation of shrinkage cavity; the special design does not intercept the pigment component in the paint liquid.

The filter bag is sealed by hot-melt method to avoid the possibility of dirt spilling from the seam gap, and there is no jumper broken.

Polyester operating temperature is 130 ºC - 150 ºC. Polyester has excellent insulation, wear resistance, high strength and good thermal stability. But polyester is easy to hydrolyze. It is stable for general organic solvents, good for weak alkali resistance and general for strong alkali resistance.

The operating temperature of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) filter bag is 240 �ºC - 260 �ºC. It has excellent chemical stability and heat resistance, strong acid and alkali corrosion resistance within pH value range, strong oxidant corrosion resistance, good hydrolysis resistance, good flame retardancy, insulation, heat insulation, light stability, low friction coefficient and low adhesion.
