Overview

In the production process of the multifunctional strand condition monitor, in order to ensure the quality of the slab, it is necessary to strictly control the performance and various parameters of the s guide roll within a certain error range. The multifunctional strand condition monitor uses various sensors to realize the measurement of roll gap value, the arc value of continuous casting section, the rotation quality of the rolls, and the water spray pressure under the condition of simulating drawing of steel billet. Therefore, the quality can be controlled in real time, and it is convenient for the maintenance personnel to analyze the measurement results. The problem areas of the casting machine equipment can also be found. GOOSE input and output function
The tester is really ready for the Goose output function, supports the output of 60 GOOSE control blocks, and the output message is required to meet the needs of the configuration file. The output message data type can support single point, double point, floating point type

The tester has a Goose reception function, and the analysis of multiple Goose block messages can be performed. The statistics include channel variations, and displacement channel information.

The long (number of seconds) process of restoring resonant state voltage after arc quenching is a steady-state establishment process and there is no danger of voltage overshoot and no danger of restoring overvoltage in microsecond millisecond transient process.
