The material of composite rivet's working layer is more flexible to choose than the solid precious metal rivet's, even though the precious alloy material has excellent electrical contact property. Rivet contact is suitable for the continuous automatic production of riveting and processing. It doesn't other processing technique(such as electroplating, welding, etc). So, it not only simplified the manufacturing process of contact component, improve the productivity and lower the cost, but also increase the assembling precision and reliability of the component.
MW MY Miniature Circuit Breaker
Application
MW MY series circuit breaker is used in lighting distribution system or motor distribution system for protection overload and short-circuits in the system. The product is neoteric in structure, reliable and excellent in performance. It has high breaking capacity, can trip quickly, and its case and items are adopted by high fire-resistant and shockproof plastic. The product, with long life, is mainly used in AC 50HZ/60HZ single-pole 230V or two, three, four poles 400V circuit for overload and short-circuit protection as well as for infrequent on-and-off switching electric equipment and lighting circuit in normal case. The products comply with IEC 60898.
Solid river is one of the most popular rivet-type contacts used in low-voltage appliances which has better electrical and thermal conductivity, low resistivity and easy to process.
Main material:
Cu, pure silver, agcdo, agni, agsno2, agcu, agzno, etc.
Agni features:
(1) agni contact material contains 10% to 40% ni
(2) produced by powder metallurgical production, with low and stable contact resistance, high hardness and mechanical strength
(3) material transfer in case of dc is very low
(4) high electrical and thermal conductivity
(5) with very low arc erosion. On making higher current, normally asymmetric pairs with ag contact materials are applied
(6) wire of solid and composite rivets produced by powder sintering-extruding method
