Find Verified Rubber Scrap Suppliers, Manufacturers and Wholesalers

Product description, Product introduction:
Nitrile butadiene rubber powder(NBRP),density is
1.5 g/cm3,melting point is 1450.Nitrile butadiene rubber powder has good insulation performance, good oil resistance, water resistance, heat resistance, aging resistance, and good chemical stability

The character of Nitrile butadiene rubber powder(NBRP)
:
The heat resistance and strength of the nitrile butadiene rubber is better than that of styrene-butadiene rubber.
Nitrile butadiene rubber solubility parameter is of 9.3-9.9, which means that the nitrile butadiene rubber and thermoplastic phenolic resin has good intermiscibility.
Nitrile butadiene rubber is commonly used friction material in rubber to satisfy the high performance requirements.
Nitrile butadiene rubber powder(NBRP) is used in car brake pad, heavy duty truck brake pads and engineering mechanical friction plate, urban public transport vehicle brake pads. The stronger the oil resistance and solvent resistance of Nitrile butadiene rubber powder(NBRP) is,the better mechanical properties. So NBRP is more and more widely used.

property:
Ingredient: made by original nitrile butadiene rubber powder fragments
grade:40mesh to 60 mesh

Product description, Product introduction:
Rubber powder is made by crushed and screened
methyl vinyl silicone rubber pieces The rubber powder used for friction materials in order to improve the friction performance, improve the friction coefficient and reduce noise.

The character of rubber powder:
The rubber is used as auxiliary materials, the purpose is to reduce product of hardness and elastic modulus, improve the toughness and impact strength. In brake rubber, the formula of the rubber consumption may be equal to or more than resin usage. The main Ingredient of the rubber binder is rubber, while phenolic tree as auxiliary Ingredient. The rubber has good elasticity, elastic temperature range from 70 ?? to 130 ??.The rubber has excellent flexing resistance, flexible about more than 206 times. Rubber has good abrasion resistance, cold resistance and insulation. If brake material is harder, it is easier to cause braking noise. When add rubber ,it reduces the material hardness and enlarge the adhesive surface to obviously reduce the brake noise. As the main made of soft brake pads products of which the binder is mainly made by Rubber belong to low noise or non-noise friction materials

property:
Ingredient: mainly of Vinyl silicone rubber powder
Color: black or yellow
grade:40mesh to 60 mesh

Working principle:
The creper consists of a pair of rollers with diamond grooves, rack and transmission system. By the relative movement of the front&back rollers, the machine presses and flattens the raw material, dewatering the rubber and removing the impurities. Due to the different speeds of the two rollers, the raw material is pressed to crepe sheets with honey comb surface. Moreover, substituting for manpower, the use of circulating conveyor to the machine reduces the labor intensity and improves the working efficiency. The machine is very easy to operate with the features of compact structure, high efficiency, low noise and low power consumption etc.

Function:
The creper is used for dewatering and pressing the rubber material into crepe sheet. It is one of our patent products and highly recommended.

This creper is suitable for natural rubber such as rubber latex, coagulated latex, cup rubber, rubber block, scrap rubber, and so on.
