1. Introduction:
This machine is used for making rectangular / square paper tube. It consists of integral paper reel stand, bottom ply wax lubricating stand, glue stand, spiral winding unit, inline cutting unit with dust collecting device and tube discharging unit. One mandrel will be delivered with machine.

This production line adopts polyethylene (PE) material extrusion machine for film coating. The PE material is absorbed to material canister by automatic drying and material absorbing device. Then the material would be melted, after filter, the melted PE is distributed evenly onto the T shape mould. And finally it can be coated onto base material evenly.
As the basic model, this line can make one side PE coated paper, which is used at paper cup and other paper container production. For double side PE coated paper, you can put the single side PE coated paper roll on the feeding shaft of machine to get PE coated of another side.
Our machine are using Siemens PLC for easy setting and operation, all parameter can be set by the touch screen. All the element electric and pneumatic parts of machine are qualified famous brand with CE certificated.
