INSTRUCTIONS
l Before application, be sure that joint surfaces are clean, dry and free of all contamination, l Apply sealant evenly, If necessary, use masking tape and remove the tape while the sealant is still soft,
l Joint width/depth ratio should be 2:1 (Table 1),
l If necessary, use back up material to adjust joint depth,
l Sealants should adhere to only two surfaces of the joint: Use backer rods and bond breakers to facilitate.

Notes:
Shoe mold silicone rubber is used for pouring or brushing technique. General Insertion rubber sheet is manufacturing by SBR rubber material and Natural rubber material compounded.However,we also can put insertion into Neoprene rubber sheet and EPDM rubber sheet.Our insertion rubber are including general PE100 insertion rubber sheet and nylon insertion reinfore rubber sheet.

It have good resistant to aging and temperature.They are widly using in industrial,mine,from decorative to rubber rolling flooring runners etc.Further more,this rubber sheet can be provessed into die cut parts,strips or pads.

Thickness range from 1mm to 50mm.

Width available are 1m to 2m or cutting to other width according to your requirement.
