Naphthalene Sulfonate Formaldehyde Condensate (SNF), also known as Poly Naphthalene Sulfonate (PNS) and Formaldehyde Sulfonate Condensate (FDN), is a highly effective water reducer and superplasticizer commonly used in the construction industry to improve the workability and strength of concrete.
It is a high range water reducer, high concentration naphthalene-based superplasticizer, also named Naphthalene Sulfonate Formaldehyde Condensate SNF, PNS and FDN etc.
Na2SO4 has 3 grades:5% 10% 18% for exporting markets,in domestic we also have 3% 23% Na2SO4 content FDN.It contains no chloride, non-corrosive to steel bars, non-poisonous, odorless, and non-flammable.
PCE superplasticizer is the newest generation superplasticizer used for concrete in domestic and abroad.It is based on molecular designs and adsorption capacity of polycarboxylate,we do R&D and successfully produce water reducing and retention type polycarboxylate superplasticizer for concrete.With initiating systerm and reaction conditions,we achieve high adaptability.Comparing with PNS and other superplasticizer, PCE superplasticizer has many characteristic advantages in technology and performance as following:

Sodium Naphthalene Sulfonate Formaldehyde
This product, named -naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde condensate, is non-air entraining superplasticizer. It has good
dispersing performance to the cement particles. Compared with traditional plasticizer, it has higher water reducing rate, and good for preparing mass concrete, fresh concrete required for early strength and high strength, and precast concrete and parts. It also has good adaptability to commonly used cement, and widely used in roads, bridges, dams, power engineering, civil construction, steam and natural curing precast parts and other projects.
