Constructions:
This hose consists of inner tube of synthetic rubber, wire braid reinforcement, and oil and weather resistant synthetic rubber cover.
Working temperature : -40 degree up to +100 degree.

Divided by product performance standard: GB/T 10544-2003; SAE100R; DIN20022

4SP type :four layers of wire winding hose.
4SH type: four layers steel wire spiral hose.
R12 type : 4 layer wire spiral high temperature and pressure hoses used under the harsh condition.
R13 type : Multi wire spiral high temperature and high pressure hose used under the harsh condition.
R15 type: Multi wire spiral high temperature and high pressure hose used under harsh conditions.
Carbon fiber gasket (impregnated with Teflon) is also known as pre-oxygenated fiber gasket. It is made by pre-oxidizing acrylic fiber and then weaving. The surface is treated with polytetrafluoroethylene emulsion and lubricant. It not only has excellent thermal conductivity, wear resistance and chemical stability, but also has high mechanical strength and long service life. It is an ideal material for various dynamic and static seals in industries such as petroleum, metallurgy, chemical engineering, fertilizer production, power generation, coal mining, etc. It is generally used for sealing of valves, pumps, flanges, mixers, mixers, stern shafts of ships, etc. in these industries.
Application medium: Weak acids, bases, salts, organic solvents, seawater, factory wastewater, mineral oil.
