A client is from Russia engaged in the supply and sale of laser machines and CNC milling machines. He has purchased S&A water chillers CW -6100 as standard cooling system.
S&A chiller CW-6100 is developed and produced by S&A supplier of China, it has 4.2KW cooling capacity, ±0.5â?? stability, and multiple alarm functions: compressor time-delay protection, compressor overcurrent protection, water flow alarm and over high / low temperature alarm; S&A chillers have passed ISO, CE,RoHS and REACH approvals and the warranty is 2 years.

A customer of laser cutter manufacturer is interested in S&A dual temp. chiller CW-6300 (8.5KW cooling capacity) to cool laser IPG 1500w, however, S&A dual temp.chiller CW-6250(6.5KW cooling capacity) is enough and save cost.
S&A CW-6250 dual temperature and dual pump series is high-precision compression refrigeration water chiller,with intelligent temperature control,completed configuration,perfect protection and alarm system. It is able to cool the fiber laser and optic lense at the same time, multiple use for saving cost, space and manual move, quiteconvenient for the user.

Design principle
Preheating the sterilizing water in the upper tank with steam generated by boiler, provide heat source to the sterilizing.
1,Raising temperature: preheated water fill the sterilizing tank quickly, initial temperature rises quickly.
2,Sterilizing: sufficiently supplied steam, heat recycle, heat distribution steady.
3,Cooling system: cooling water inlet to the autoclave tocool the food directly. Three kinds of control system including manual,semi auto,full automatic PLC control are available.
