Tinted Float Glass is made of molten glass mixing with a prescribed quantity of tint agent which flows through tweel to Tin Bath and then to lehr. While floating through the molten tin, the glass under the works of gravity and surface tension becomes smooth and flat at both sides.

Float glass is made by high-quality sand, natural ores and chemical materials by mixing them and melting them at high temperature; The molten glass flow into tin bath where the float glass is spread, polished and formed on the molten tin.

Tinted glass is a heat-absorbing transparent glass of various hues to suit your aesthetic needs. Absorbing 30-50% of the solar radiation heat transmitted through the glass, it lessens cooling load and induces energy savings. The tinted line comes in blue, green, gray and bronze and other colors.

It has a high transmission of visible light and can reflect infrared heat at the same time, which can satisfy most people and architectures.
The Low-E glass has the same coating principle as solar-control glass, but differs from them in material , the structure layer is also more complex ,demanding for equipment with super throughput and excellent accuracy in process control.
The characteristic of Low-E glass is achieved by the silver layer. The oxidation of silver can result in the disappearance of low-E performance ; therefore ,low-E glass cannot be single used in the air ,which means it can only be made into combined glass.
