Inspection Criterion
Inspection shall be carried out in accordance with JC/T894-2001 standard. Proportion for inspection is waterproofing glue and cement = 1:1.2 (weight ratio)

Usage Instruction
1The weight proportion of glue and cement for mixing up is1:0. 8 , if the waterproofing slurry is too dense, add proper amount of water to it, the mixing ratio is less than 2%. The requirement for cement is 32.5R and above silicate cement
2Suggested Application amount:0. 8 kg/m2, It should be decided in line with the construction locations and base level.

Packing and Shipping and Storage Requirement
Product is packed in black plastic bucket with net product weight at 25kg.Product must be stored at dry and well-ventilated area. Avoid direct exposure to sunlight, expires after 12 months storage.

After gypsum, clinker and limestone are measured by the belt weigher, they will be mixed together in accordance with particular proportions, and then sent to the stable weighing warehouse. During this process, magnetic metals are removed by the iron remover from these materials. Then mixed materials will be sent into the rolling machine to be crushed. After crushed, they will be sent to the powder separator, in which coarse powder will be sent back to the grinding mill while the fine one will be sent to the elevator for finished products. Finally, they will be sent to finished product storage. Meanwhile, dusty gas from the grinding mill will be purified by the environmental protection equipment before discharged into the atmosphere.

ACTION PRINCIPLE AND DOSAGE:
Active expansive agent can react with cement slurry to produce gas, which can increase the apparent volume of cement and mortar. lt can be configured with shrinkage compensating concrete, self stress concrete, free expansion rate of0.02%~0.06%, self stress value of0.2~0.6MPa, compressive strength of 10%~30% and impermeability of2~3 times. This product is widely used in waterproof, expansive concrete, mortar and cement products in various industrial and civil buildings. It can make concrete expand to a certain volume and reduce the amount of cement in concrete and mortar. The dosage of this product is 2% ~ 4% of cement dosage.
