The existing advanced technology center, the comprehensive laboratory one place, and professional engineers, designers, quality formula engineer, DuoRen 30. Has a certain scale, the database for the development of the product innovation to lay a good foundation, raw materials, semi-finished products analysis, analysis product test facilities, to form the raw materials, semi-finished products, finished product quality of the important link of specific guidance and monitoring.
Qc Center
Technology center has investment of more than 300 physical measure the room, a formula engineer, quality engineer to 30 DuoRen, polymer, dr professional two NVH experts two people.
Vibration and noise tester (COCO 90 high-performance data records and dynamic signal analyzer), able to test, real-time vibration noise spectrum analysis, transient waveform capture, high speed data record, structure modal analysis.
Air intake system filtering and flow testing equipment. For raw materials, semi-finished products, finished products strict testing. Built of certain scale database. In 2008, the company passed the ISO/TS16949:2002 international quality system authentication and strictly according to the system requirements.
