From our plantation in Cameroon, we supply two varieties of Cassava roots named as Cassava 8034 and Cassava 8036 spread on 25 hectares of lands.
To ensure high cassava root yield, we plant the stems at the density 1.0x1.0 m, for 10,000 plants per hectare.
We harvest our cassava roots from month 12 for a better yield.
Our Cassava roots can be boiled and consumed fresh, but its popularity is due largely to its usage in the production of foods like gari, fufu, chip, baton de manioc, industrial starch, etc.
