Sodium metasilicate pentahydrate is a non-toxic, tasteless, non-polluting, white crystalline powder or granules, has a strong alkaline, detergency strong buffer force, with detergent, emulsifying, dispersing, wetting, permeability and PH value has buffering capacity. Widely used in various types of configuration lotion, metal surface cleaning, ceramic grinding aids, paper deinking and the like, are mineral products, moisture in air easily deliquescence, is the most widely used sodium metasilicate most typical one .
Features
High solubility in cold water is also dissolved, uniform particles, good liquidity, high brightness, little impurities, high mechanical strength, no dust.
Applications
1.Metasilicate in the industrial field detergents, ceramics, electroplating, textile, printing and dyeing, paper, cement, concrete, refractories, oil and leather processing has a large number of applications.
2.Application of a large amount of industry sort is: Ceramics, industrial cleaning, detergents, concrete, printing and dyeing, paper, cement, oil exploration, etc. Will be applied to the detergent sodium metasilicate.
3.In inorganic electrolytes, the active alkalinity and PH buffer highest index metasilicate, there is a strong wetting, emulsification and saponification role grease, with excellent performance in the removal of dispersed and suspended dirt aspects and to prevent dirt redeposition.
