In a unique OAK press, using only premium quality RAW seeds and nuts, we manually extract and bottle our organic oils.
For our oils, we use exclusively premium and
quality organic nuts and seeds. The taste of our
RAW oils is delicate and fresh, not overpowering
and bitter like the roasted ones, which makes
them perfect for everyday use.
The use of a wooden press prevents the oxidation
of the oils and preserves 100% of the nutrients
(Omega 3 & 6 fatty acids) and all other healthy
vitamins. The absence of contact with metal
together with the low extracting temperature
(<22 C/71.6F) contributes for a record low acidity
in the final product (less than 0.1%, which is lower
even than S premium extra virgin olive oil !).
The company offers for sale 200 tons of walnuts in shell of high quality. The walnuts are grown in North-East Bulgaria, Silistrenski variety and Izvor 10 variety. The nuts are dried and calibrated by their size. The production is packaged in net bags (15 kg). The walnuts have been harvested in 2015 after full maturity which ensures their high quality.
The production has a quality certificate, which will be available upon request.
