- Kaew: chunks (15, 20, 25mm), dices (9.5, 14.3, 19.1mm), cheeks (100-120g/piece), slices (1/4, 1/8, 1/16), shells. Brix 10+ to 12+, depending on customer.
- Cat Chu: chunks (15, 20, 25mm), cheeks (60g/piece), slices (1/4, 1/8, 1/16). Brix 12+ to 13+, depending on customer.

Process: individually quick frozen, 100% fruit, natural color (yellow to yellow-orange).
