Z Premium Cutting Oil,are used to reduce friction, through lubrication, which is a tribological phenomenon characteristic of machining processes, and occurs at the contact between workpiece and tool. Also, cutting works to remove the heat generated from the cutting zone through cooling.

Introduction
Black Fused Alumina is also known as low aluminum corundum. It is also a new

type product of polishing material, and it is a dark gray crystal body made Al2O3 and

ferropicotite as main ore in the electric arc furnace by smelting the bauxite. It has

characteristics of moderate hardness, high toughness, high temperature resistance, and

stable thermal stability.


Applications
1. Blasting corundum - the abrasive blasting with moderate hardness, high bulk density, no free silica, heavy, good toughness, corundum is the ideal "green" blasting material, widely used in aluminum , the copper profile glass, washed jeans precision mold areas;

2. Free grinding - grinding grade abrasives, used in cathode-ray tube, optical glass, silicon, lenses, clocks, glass, crystal glass, jade and other areas of free grinding, abrasive materials is widely used in domestic;
