Port of Loading and Logistics Security: In the event of global crises such as wars, embargoes, or strait blockades (e.g., Hormuz), Principal activates its strategic depots in the Black Sea, Baltic, Europe, and alternative Asian routes. The initiative to determine the port of loading belongs entirely to us to ensure the security of the operation and freight.

Stock Availability : Stock is not maintained at ports. Shipments are dispatched directly from allocation to designated ports. Therefore, pre-shipment sampling and/or factory visits are not accepted.

PROCEDURES :
1. Buyer sends LOI
2. Buyer signs and returns SCO sent by Seller and issues a signed, Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO) with Company Profile (CIS)
3. Upon acceptance of the ICPO, Seller issues the Draft Sales Purchase Agreement (SPA) to the Buyer.
4. Buyer reviews, signs, seals and returns the SPA to the Seller.
5. Following mutual execution of the SPA, Buyer's Bank issues the operative MT700 DLC to Seller's nominated bank within the agreed timeframe.
6. Upon confirmation and acceptance of the operative LC by Seller's bank, loading operation commence.
7. Seller presents full set of original shipping documents (B/L, SGS, CI, etc..) to.their bank - 100% payment executed at sight.
