2 the surface was allowed with light darkness and water print in part ;local defects , scratch, indentation and scallops with thickness less than half of the thickness was allowed , but the minimum thickness should be ensured.
3 there should not be macro defects such as crack, peeling, oxide skin, backfin, and mixture with metal and non-metal.Also should not be alkali washed too much.
