Synthetic Red Oxide Primer
Ritver Synthetic Red Oxide Primer Commercial is based on Alkyd resin containing anticorrosive pigments. It is used as a primer coat for many applications especially for protecting the metals and other steel structures against corrosion and is quite versatile. It forms a firm base with good adhesion for Ritver Topcoat Enamels and Ritver Quick Drying Enamels.

A transparent single component primer that promotes adhesion of subsequent coats of paint on most plastic substrates particularly those used in automotive.
Neo has extensive range of primers based on Epoxy / PU / Synthetic Resins. NEO PRIME GUARD grades are quality Epoxy based primers while NEO SHIELD PRIME grades are PU primers. These are used as a primer. They exhibit excellent adhesion properties and will stick to bare metal, Paints, primers, and fillers. They are used as a anti corrosive / protective primers. USES
Suitable on sheet metal, castings, wrought iron, TNT Bar, steel Bar and steelwork. This product is not recommended for automotive use.

Up to 14 square metres per litre depending upon surface porosity and application method.
APPLICATION
Roller, brush, dip or airless spray. Provide adequate ventilation during use.
DRYING TIMES
Touch Dry Time - 20 minutes. Recoat Dry Time - 2 hours. Drying times refer to normal conditions (30�?�°C, 50% humidity). Under cooler, humid or still conditions, longer drying times may be necessary. DO NOT USE IN TEMPERATURES BELOW 10'c OR ABOVE 45C.

SURFACE PREPERATION
Previously Painted Surfaces :
Scrape off loose and flaking paint and make sure the remainder is firmly attached. Sand glossy surfaces and enamels thoroughly and wipe clean. Remove all rust by abrasive blasting or mechanical sanding. Treat any remaining rust. Prime treated and bare areas with one coat SAFFRO Anti-Corrosive Metal Primer. In highly corrosive environments or within 2 kilometre of the sea, apply 2 coats of SAFFRO Anti- Corrosive Metal Primer.
TNT BAR,STEEL BAR AND IRON:
Remove all grease, dirt and other surface contaminants.Remove all rust by abrasive blasting or mechanical sanding. Treat any remaining rust with. 2. REMARKS a) Kindly refer to the MSDS for the saffro mellow coatings & resins Nano Acrylic Cement Primer which gives detailed information on Safety measures while handling the paint. b) Store the product at ambient conditions in well ventilate locations and away from the source of ignition and fire. c) Avoid eye and skin contact. In case of eye and skin contacts wash with plenty of clean water. d) Do not inhale or inject. In case of inhalation move to fresh air and seek medical attention. e) Use protective equipments like rubber/polythene gloves, safety goggle/glasses, face mask while handling. f) In humid areas, use of a bio-wash solution is recommended to remove surface fungus growth, fungal spores, mould etc. before application of the paint system. g) Do not apply when ambient temperature is less than 10�ºC or if the temperature might drop to this level within 4 hrs of application. h) Tinted paints need thorough shaking/mixing immediately after tinter addition as well as before use. i) For removing stains, sponge clean with a mild soap solution and wipe clean. Ensure drying time of 1 Week before cleaning.
WALL PROTECT Exterior Primer is a water-based wall coating suitable for application on exteriors as an undercoat to exterior emulsions.

Abrasive blasting to Sa 21/2 Swedish Standards is the best method of surface preparation. In case blasting is not possible, then the surface of steel should be cleaned to St-2/St-3 std. The surface should be absolutely dry, moisture and oil free before primer application.

Application Method
Stir the Base part thoroughly. Mix the base and hardener as per our recommended ratio, by volume. Stir the mix gently to attain homogeneity. Allow the mixture to stand still (maturation) for about 10-15 minutes to initiate the reaction. Add Epoxy Thinner into the mix, if required, depending on application method, and stir gently for few minutes. Strain the paint through Nylon filter cloth of 100 mesh size and apply uniformly over the surface. All equipments used for above should be properly cleaned.
Application :- By Brush / By Conventional Spray / By Airless Spray
Generally no thinner is required for Brush application, however under adverse environmental conditions about 5% of thinner, by volume, can be added. Apply evenly in criss-cross manner and ensure the uniform application. Use quality brushes for paint application

Two component metallic zinc rich epoxy high performance primer.
Recommended Use :-
The zinc pigment in dry film renders excellent protection to steel structure, tanks, bullets, dam gates, pipelines, plant equipments, jetty, etc. in both interior and exterior exposed conditions of fertilizer units, chemical plants, steel plants, cement plants, pulp and paper industries, ports, power plants, petrochemical and pharmaceutical industry, transformer, machines & other heavy duty OEMs. It also provides cathodic protection to steel and gives good resistance to corrosion at local damaged areas.
