Product Overview

M0310 module makes it possible to convert Modbus RTU protocol directly to HART protocol. Using M0310 module, the difficulty of development can be reduced and the upgrade of Modbus RTU device can be easily achieved. G0313 Modbus to FF Gateway is a gateway device of Modbus protocol and FF protocol developed by Microcyber. As Modbus master station, G0313 Modbus to FF Gateway communicates with Modbus-RTU device via RS485 interface, and it can convert the data of Modbus-RTU device to FF device variable output.

G0313 Modbus to FF Gateway size is 99Ã?22.5Ã?114.5mm, and supports standard DIN rail installation.



There is a 3-bit DIP switch for G0313 Modbus to FF Gateway, shown as the following Figure.

SIM: Simulation switch, used for simulation function.

WP: Write protection, all the write operation for FF smart pressure transmitter shall be refused, which avoid data modification at random.



RST: Reset, reset device date to factory original. Power off the device at first, and made the switch at ON, and then power on the device, the device shall be reset to factory original.
Modbus to FF gateway is a gateway device supporting Modbus and FF protocol. As FF device, it can communicate with Modbus devices, read Modbus data to FF device by simply configuration, and transfer data to control system through FF bus.
Modbus to FF Gateway supports 4 Modbus slave devices, 8 groups of analog input output and discrete input output parameters, totally 32 channels provided. It configures Modbus devices data into transducer blocks parameters via Modbus register, and provides data support for FF system via channels between variables and AI, AO, DI and DO function blocks.

Plastic card

Card bodies are made of a three-layer structure. The overall thickness of all materials must be in 0.81030mm.All structures are laminated to obtain the proper surface finishing and card structure. Figure-1 as below illustrates the three-layer structure. The printable face in transparent PVC/modified sheet is specified by client. The offset printing is done on side 1 for both sheets a and b which is 0.2mm thickness core. The sheet a , sheet b and sheet c assembly is done by applying a silk screened thermal adhesive layer on side 2 of sheet a.

1). Product profile

The unit applies the imported high linear dfb laser with low noise, big transmission capability and small nonlinear distortion. It is completed with reliable apc (automatic power control) circuit for light power output and atc (automatic temperature control) for thermo-electric cooler, mgc (manual gain control) and agc (automatic gain control) circuit for distortior input radio-frequency drive current. Agc applies the automatic digital processing technology for radio frequency power, by which the driving level power can be automatically processed according to the level of input radio frequency and the channel quantity, and the output level of the optical receiver can keep constant to maintain the cso, ctb and c/n indexes at the optimum state all the time, thus to ensure the stable operation of the chain indexes and the laser all through its service life.

A gaas element is adopted as the preamplifier, which not only lowers the input level and adds a radio frequency predistortion circuit, but also enhances the cso, ctb and c/n indexes. The built-in microprocessor software provides multiple functions including real-time monitoring for the transmitter operating state, digital display, aural-visual alarm and network management. Once an operational parameter of the laser runs out of the preconfigured allowable range, the power supply to the laser will be automatically switched off, and the red indicator will flash for warning. The embedded blue screen lcd on the front panel indicates various tasks of the unit, parameters and fault messages in chinese distinctly.

The optical transmitter provides standards rs-232 and rs-485 interfaces for network management and remote monitoring. The optical transmitter applies standard 19fª 1u rack, which is provided with high efficient switching power supply for transmitting catv, telephone, and digital or compressed digital data.
