DELIVERY AND COMMERCIAL TERMS
Delivery shall be arranged on a CIF basis to the buyer's nominated safe destination port, subject to mutually agreed contractual terms and applicable Incoterm 2020 provisions.
The buyer shall arrange a 100% irrevocable, non-transferable Documentary Letter of Credit (DLC MT700), issued by a mutually acceptable bank, in accordance with the terms and documentary requirements agreed by both parties.

Final Payment
Final payment shall be made by MT103/TT following successful quality and quantity inspection at the destination port, in accordance with the mutually agreed inspection protocol, Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA), and applicable documentary credit arrangements.

No Advance Payment
No advance payment or upfront deposit shall be required from the buyer at any stage of the transaction.

Destination-Port Inspection â?? Entirely at Buyer's Cost
Quality and quantity inspection shall be conducted at the buyer's nominated destination port by SGS, Intertek, or another mutually agreed independent inspection agency.

All costs and charges relating to destination-port quality and quantity inspection shall be borne entirely by the Buyer. These shall include the inspection agency's fees and other inspection-related charges agreed by the parties.

The inspection shall be conducted in accordance with the product specifications, sampling procedures, and inspection protocol mutually agreed and incorporated into the SPA.

The release of final payment shall be subject to successful inspection and the agreed contractual and documentary requirements.

An official Letter of Allocation issued by the refinery or supplier in the supplier's name may be presented to verified and qualified buyers upon preliminary verification of the buyer's LOI/ICPO, subject to the document issuer's authorization and applicable disclosure conditions.

All documents shall be subject to appropriate authenticity and due-diligence verification.
